RECIPE:Steamed Lobster with Garlic Flower and Lemon Butter

Salted butter, melted½ cup
Lemon juice1 tablespoon
Lemon zest½ lemon
Garlic flower, finely chopped1 teaspoon

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Lobster
Bring to a boil about 1-inch (2.5-cm) of water at the bottom of a large pot and season the water with salt, adding approximately 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of sea salt per 250 ml (1 cup) of water.
Remove the rubber bands from the lobsters with scissors or a knife. Place the lobsters on top of each other in the pot. Cover. Count 12 minutes of cooking for 454 g (1 lb) lobsters from the time the water comes back to a boil again. For every additional 125 g (1/4 lb) add 1 minute of cooking time.
Serve with the Garlic Flower and Lemon Butter.
