RECIPE:Pork Back Ribs with Smoked Pecan Wood Rub

Olive Oilas needed
Brown Sugar2 tablespoons
Coarse Sea Salt1 teaspoon
Applewood Smoked Salt1 tablespoon
Smoked Pecan Rub1 tablespoon
Granulated Garlic2 teaspoons
Thyme1 teaspoon
Paprika1 teaspoon
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Brush olive oil on the ribs.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and rub on the ribs.
Line a sheet pan with foil and place the seasoned ribs. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. Uncover.
Broil or grill for 1-2 minutes for a charred finish.
Remove ribs and serve.
