Ingredients

  • Medium Ground Beef

    1 lb

    Medium Ground Beef - • $0.00
  • Chunky salsa1 ½ cups

  • Brown beans1 can

  • Miracle Whip¾ cup

  • Chili powder1 teaspoon

  • Crushed tortilla chips2 cups

  • Colby cheese2 cups

  • Guacamole, for garnishas needed

  • Cilantro, for garnishas needed

  • Tomatoes, small dice, for garnishas needed


Cooking directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

  2. Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Drain the fat.  

  3. Remove from the heat, and stir the salsa, beans, mayonnaise and chili powder into the beef.

  4. In a large casserole dish, layer the ground beef mixture, tortilla chips and cheese twice, ending with cheese on top. 

  5. Bake for 20 minutes uncovered in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted, and dish is thoroughly heated. 

  6. Place the guacamole, diced tomatoes and cilantro on top of the dish.
