  • Vegetable broth32 fl. oz.

  • Garlic head, cut in half1 head

  • Water½ cup

  • Soy sauce1 tablespoon

  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon

  • Bay leaf1 leaf

  • Whole peppercorns1 tablespoon

  • Shitake mushrooms, stemmed1 cup

  • Carrots, sliced ¼ inch1 cup

  • Baby potatoes, sliced in half1 cup

  • Pattypan squash, cut in half6 squash


Cooking directions

  1. In a fondue pot, combine all broth, garlic, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

  2. Dip the lamb and vegetables as desired and leave in broth until cooked thru.

  3. Serve with your favourite dipping sauces.
