Boneless Skinless Garlic Herb Chicken Breast Strips
1 LB
Naturally Cured Double Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
As desired
DRESSING
Mayonnaise¼ cup
Buttermilk¼ cup
Parmesan, freshly grated3 tbsp
Garlic, grated1 clove
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed1tbsp
Dijon mustard1 ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce½ tsp
Anchovy paste (optional)1tsp
Salt and pepperto taste
SALAD
Romaine
1 head
Parmesan, freshly grated¼ cup
CroutonsAs needed
In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, dijon, anchovy paste and Worcestershire. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk and parmesan season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Heat cast iron skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook bacon and crumble once cooled.
In the same pan, cook the Boneless Skinless Garlic Herb Chicken Breast Strips until cooked through.
Assemble the salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, crumbled bacon and Garlic Herb Chicken. Add dressing and parmesan, toss to coat.
