DRESSING

  • Mayonnaise¼ cup

  • Buttermilk¼ cup

  • Parmesan, freshly grated3 tbsp

  • Garlic, grated1 clove

  • Lemon juice, freshly squeezed1tbsp

  • Dijon mustard1 ½ tsp

  • Worcestershire sauce½ tsp

  • Anchovy paste (optional)1tsp

  • Salt and pepperto taste

SALAD

  • Romaine

    1 head

  • Parmesan, freshly grated¼ cup

  • CroutonsAs needed


Cooking directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, dijon, anchovy paste and Worcestershire. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk and parmesan season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  2. Heat cast iron skillet or pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook bacon and crumble once cooled.

  4. In the same pan, cook the Boneless Skinless Garlic Herb Chicken Breast Strips until cooked through.

  5. Assemble the salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, crumbled bacon and Garlic Herb Chicken. Add dressing and parmesan, toss to coat.
