RECIPE:Grilled Ribeye Steak with Cowboy Butter

Preheat grill to medium hot.
Rub olive oil onto potatoes, salt generously and individually wrap in aluminum foil and pierce each potato with a fork.
Pat steak dry with paper towel.
Place the potatoes on the grill, close lid and cook for 30 - 40 mins or until able to piece through with a knife.
In the last 10 minutes place steaks on preheated grill. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until you have achieved your desired degree of doneness.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and allow to rest.
Place half a puck of cowboy butter over the top of the steak and lightly tent.
Unwrap your baked potatoes and top with your favourite toppings. Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
