RECIPE:Grilled Picanha Steaks on Swords

Sea salt1 tablespoon
Black pepper, freshly ground1 tablespoon
Chile powder1 tablespoon
Garlic powder1 ½ tablespoons
Onion powder1 tablespoon
Brown sugar1 ½ tablespoons
Dried oregano1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper½ teaspoon
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Combine the dry ingredients and season the steaks with the seasoning.
Fold each of the steaks into a C and slide them onto metal skewers.
Grill the steaks over indirect heat for 15 – 20 minutes turning them every 4 minutes until the steaks reach your desired degree of doneness.
Remove the steaks and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
