RECIPE:Grilled Lamb Leg Steak with Pistachio Gremolata Sauce

Olive oilas needed
Kosher salt1 tablespoon
Black pepper2 teaspoons
Dried oregano1 teaspoon
Gremolata
Toasted pistachios, finely chopped1/3 cup
Fresh parsley, finely chopped¼ cup
Lemon zest2 tablespoons
Garlic clove, minced1 clove
Olive oil¾ cup
Sea saltas needed
Black pepper, freshly groundas needed
Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
To make the gremolata, mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Once mixed and seasoned, set the gremolata aside.
Lightly oil both sides of the lamb leg steaks and then season both sides of the steaks with the salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Place the seasoned lamb leg steaks onto the grill and cook until you have reached your desired degree of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and set aside to rest. Once rested serve on a plate / platter with the gremolata on the side.
Pair the steaks with your favourite side dish.
