RECIPE:Grilled Bavette with Soy Ginger Marinade

Light soy sauce3 tbsp
Grated ginger1 tsp
Rice vinegar2 tbsp
Honey2 tbsp
Garlic cloves, chopped2 cloves
Coarse sea saltto taste
Black peppercornsto taste
In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place flap meat on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in the soy sauce mix, cover and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium high and place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
Let grilled meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
