  • Light soy sauce3 tbsp

  • Grated ginger1 tsp

  • Rice vinegar2 tbsp

  • Honey2 tbsp

  • Garlic cloves, chopped2 cloves

  • Coarse sea saltto taste

  • Black peppercornsto taste




Cooking directions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place flap meat on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in the soy sauce mix, cover and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Heat grill to medium high and place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

  4. Let grilled meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
