RECIPE:Chicken Breast with Honey Mustard Sauce

Butter2 tablespoons
Water2 tablespoons
Honey4 tablespoons
Whole Grain Mustard1 tablespoon
Dijon Mustard2 tablespoons
Fresh Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
Sea Saltto taste
Black Pepperto taste
Chopped Chivesfor garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. When sizzling, add chicken breasts. Season as needed with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until nice and golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
Combine the water, honey, mustards, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pour over chicken breasts and cover with foil. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Uncover and baste the chicken with some of the pan juices.
Broil / grill for 2 minutes on medium-high to brown the chicken.
Garnish with chives.
