Cooking directions

  1. To prepare the salmon, simply cook directly on cedar plank in 425-degree oven or grill for 18-20 minutes.

  2. Rinse and pat the peppers dry. Drizzle in the oil, and toss until the peppers are evenly coated.

  3. Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and let them cook, stirring every minute or so, until they are tender with charred spots, about 8 to 12 minutes.

  4. Transfer the peppers to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt, to taste.
