RECIPE:Amazing Dijon Keta Salmon

Salted butter, melted¼ cup
Dijon mustard3 tablespoons
Liquid honey1 ½ tablespoons
Bread crumbs¼ cup
Pecans, finely chopped¼ cup
Parsley, freshly pickedas needed
Sea saltas needed
Black pepper, freshly groundas needed
Lemon wedges, for garnishas needed
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir together butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley in another bowl.
Brush the salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the tops of fillet with bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon in the preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Serve along your favourite side dish.
